WakkoWarner
I just purchased Toast 17 and installed it. When I go to open the program, it shows the Toast menus at the top of the screen briefly, then it shuts down. Then I get an error report notification. This is beyond annoying. I do run a couple of different version of Toast on my machine (for this very reason). It works fine on my laptop, but it fails on my Mac Pro. If anyone can point me in the right direction to make it work, your input will be greatly appreciated. Thanks in advance. Below is the partial error report. WakkoWarner
So no one has any ideas on this one?? Corel support just wants me to delete everything Toast related (including my two older version of Toast, which I will not do because I still use them). If it works fine on my laptop with the same exact operating system and older version of Toast, it should work just fine on my desktop. I need to know what is causing the issue. If you need to see more of the crash report, I can post it.
Kenny1wk
Same problem on my laptop. Will open for me, but if I switch to my wife user's side the Toast 17 just crashes.
Kenny1wk
After going into library folder and deleting everything associated with Toast, Roxio, etc.. and fresh install everything openning fine.

I already tried that and it didn't work. I believe that some other conflict is causing the issue.
Kenny1wk
I went in once and re-installed same problem. Then went into my library and my wife's library and found some I overlooked. Reinstalled for 3rd time and everything opens now fine. I had toast 11 installed previously and probably some of those files not deleted were conflicting with toast 17 64 bit. Hope you get your's to work.
