High Definition DVD - Audio falling out of sync

I am using Toast 17 to create a DVD and when played back on a DVD player to a TV, the audio slowly falls out of sync, getting worst as the video plays on.

This is happening on videos about 1 hour long, and by 50 minutes the audio can be out of sync by 3-4 seconds. It starts off playing fine.

The video files play fine, its happening when playing the burned DVD.

Any info will be helpful.
