I got a roxio game capture from my brother used and I don't have any of the needed things to download I've tried downloading the service pack 2 but it just stops when it gets to updating component registration and I'm really sad cause it was working on Windows 10 but I had to downgrade to windows 7 professional because my computer died on me I don't know what to do because as I said it's used so I have nothing for it but the cords and the capture card I hope someone will get back to me
