Can't reinstall my program



I purchased the Photosuite8 and Videowave 8 premier suite package new from Amazon. I have had problems with the program that was resolved by posting web tickets. But now everytime I log onto my account the window installer starts and tries to instal the program. But my 2 year old broke the instal disc. The program doesn't work right and was told to reinstal the program but I can't because of the broken disc. I have tried contacting Roxio about this with no help, this is my last resort. I have the CD key and inquired about downloading the program off of Roxio.com. Roxio says no because I didn't purchase the program from them. Any help would be great. Thanks Shane

How did you contact us? on the phone? webticket?

If you have a webticket, please give me the webticket number.

If you can show proof of purchase, you can purchase a backup disc from us
