I have just gotten the RHD pro and used it to stream for the first time last night and it worked great. I went to go use it today and its capturing the sound from my xbox one but not the screen. i have tried a few things to trouble shoot even uninstalled and reinstalled the software. im at a loss at this point please help out.
The card is pulgged into a xbox one and a sony Tv. link i said it worked great last night with no issues but today i have the issue of it not capturing the picture but it captures the sound.
