When I start Roxio Easy VHS to DVD3 the video window says "searching for video source". When I put a VHS into the VCR that message disappears and the window is black. With the video playing I can hear the audio but the video window is black. When I save what I have recorded the video IS displayed along with the audio so video is being recorded it just isn't being displayed in the recording window.
This just started happening after using the program to create several mpg videos. The video was displayed and the audio could be heard. There was no Windows update as far as I can tell and I haven't added any new programs or updated any programs.
There's plenty of drive space where the videos are being stored. I'm trying to figure out what happened and how I can get video back in the recording window.
