purple_hot_wheels
Now that I figured out how to use the split screen video in videowave It only plays the first few seconds of my video. How do I get it to play the entire 43 seconds?

0 codeman53
Yes, the split screen editor is only 5 seconds long! I would like to play a video in split screen for several minutes. This is useless. Has anybody figured out how to use split screen? Somebody at Roxio want to respond? Thanks.
0 tjs22655
Actually, in Production Editor - Timeline, double select the Split Screen Template Creator clip in the Video track. Click on Internet Track. You can lengthen the Ovl 1 or Ovl 2 track which you want to be longer by dragging on the green dot at the end of the clip. You can play with this and figure it out. 0 miranda.bailey.ccb
Having the same problem & it will not allow me to extend the overlap tracks. Any one solved this problem yet?
0 codeman53
Yes, tjs22665 explained it above. While showing "Internal Tracks" select the main "Video" track at the top by clicking on it so it is highlighted. Then grab the right edge where the green dot is and pull it to the right so that it is as long or longer than you need. Then do the same for each of of the overlays (OVL1, OVL2, ....) . Extend them out to their full lengths. You can also play with sliding them left and right to sync them in time. If you want to mute the sound from any of the OVL tracks, select the track and click on the loudspeaker button in the toolbar and select "Mute" When you are done with this click "Done" to go to normal timeline view. If you want to set the the start and end time of your video before exporting, you would can do that in the normal timeline view like any other video. Hope this helps.
