So I have been using a Roxio Gamecap HD Pro the last few weeks to livestream my Nintendo Switch. It has worked mostly fine, but I have noticed a recurring issue. Any time the screen fades black to enter a loading transition in a game, the video and audio will skip/stutter.
I normally use my gamecap with OBS, rather than the software it came with. This stuttering issue is shown and heard in both software's preview windows.
When I check the log files from OBS, it shows that max audio buffering has been reached. This leads me to believe that lowering the audio bit rate may be a solution to this problem.
Is there any way to change the audio bit rate? Looking at the gamecap software, I can only find options to change video bit rate.
