Easy VHS to DVD 3 Plus

Hello everyone,

For the past few days, I have been trying to install Roxio Easy VHS to DVD 3 Plus, and I cannot.

Just a question: Is this program compatible with Windows 10 latest version: 1909 - Operating system version: 18363.535 Windows: Pro 64 Bits.

Like you I am struggling to get this software to even open. I keep getting a message that WIndows is closing the software. I am using Windows 10 20H2. It seems to me that there are major compatibility issues that have not been addressed by Roxio. I only bought the package because of the "good" name of Roxio.

I solved my problem by using a USB 3.0 port instead of the USB 2.0 stated in the manual.

I also had serious issues trying to install Roxio Easy VHS to DVD 3 Plus on a high end Win 10 Home edition computer ( Intel i7 -3770 chip, 3.40GHz, 12 GB memory, AMD Radeon HD 7450 graphics card with 1 GB DDR3 memory ). Contacted support numerous times, sent them all sorts of printouts and info about my computer without success. My high end computer never did recognize the capture device. After a month of going back and forth with support I gave up and tried to install it on my backup computer. Surprise! It worked! An old HP-6300 running Win 10 Pro, Intel i5 chip, 8 GB memory, NVIDIA GeForce GT 710 graphics card. I didn't bother trying to figure out what might be different as far as systems settings on the 2 computers. Let me just say I'm not impressed with Roxio's program or their tech support. If I pay good money for a program from a recognized company, I expect it to work when I install it. You might try installing it on a different Win 10 computer if you know someone who will let you try it. Good Luck, hope you figure it out.
