Transferring Roxio to my new computer

Recommended Posts

I recently bought a new computer and would like to transfer my Roxio from my old computer to my new one.  Both are running Windows 10.  Is this possible?  And if so, where can I find directions on how to do this?  I had Roxio Creator 10 on my old computer, and I purchased Easy CD and DVD Burning 2 for my new computer.  I am wanting to transfer my old Roxio program onto my new computer.  Thank you in advance for any guidance or support.

You cannot transfer the Roxio program from one computer to another, it has to be a complete new install. That means you have to use the original install program/files and have the serial number handy when installing on the new computer

You may have trouble trying to install or run Easy Media Creator 10 under Windows 10.  It came out in 2007-2008.    Attempt to install it at your own risk.

Your new Easy CD & DVD Creator 2 is a (much-reduced function) version of Creator NXT 7, and NXT 7 is designed to be run under Windows 10.
