I can't get my roxio device to work with any of my consoles

The HDMI and ypbpr light aren't lighting up at all. The input setting on my laptop is blank and I can't choose anything. I just want it to work. I've been fighting with it all day. 

I have two HDMI cables. One from my tv to the output, and one from my PS4 to the input. Then the USB thing is plugged into roxio and my computer. Nothing is working.

if it’s not lighting up it sounds like there’s no power going to the device, possibly try alternative cable if possible.

Also have you installed the Roxio capture software?

Should always light up when connected via the usb.

Does the Arrow on the Game Cap light up when you plug in the USB to the Computer?

Yes the arrows light up no problem.

Did you plug in the Roxio USB device before installing the software?  that  means the Windows Operating System installed generic USB drivers that make the device to NOT work with the software.

It's still not working at all. I have it plugged into my PS4, tv and computer.

The green 'No Signal" means the RGC Device is not recognized by your PC.

Try this first, turn off your Anti Virus, Firewalls, Registry Cleaners, etc.

Unplug your RGC Device and put it aside until you are completely finished.

Now insert your Roxio Disc.When you reach the screen where repair is offered, choose that!

When the Repair completes, turn your AV & Firewall back on and reboot.

Now plug in your RGC device.
