In Video Wave, switch to storyline view.  Do you see the blank (black ) panels there.  If so, remove them.   If they are supposed to be images that you want, then check the blanks panels for format and other properties.  They may be too large or a wrong format.

If you don't see the black panels,  y ou should be able to guess which one they are in the storyline.  Edit those as necessary.

All .jpg formats and sizes are 2.03,2.30,3.97 & 6.17


What are those numbers? MB or KB or what?

What happens if you replace on of the problem images with one you know is good?

They are all mb

I have done what you suggest in the past which has worked, only to find that the originals were ok in another production

Three of the  four problem images are essential to the film
