I am a new user to Toast 18 Pro (downloaded yesterday) trying to save some home movies to a BluRay burner. I have a Mac Mini running the latest version of Catalina (10.15.6). When trying to save my movie and burn either directly to the blu ray disc or to save first as a disc image, I get the following message, after waiting several hours:

“could not record the disc because of a Mac OS Error. Result Code = 1310”

Any suggestions on how to fix this?

I am also having this issue and have been having this issue ever since upgrading from Toast 16 to Toast 18 (way back in September of 2019). I have talked with Roxio support numerous times without resolution. I have now resorted to purchasing Toast 18 Pro today (Sep 4, 2020) just in case it might fix it, but nope! Roxio, this has been a known issue for far too long across far too many users. Stop blaming Apple and FIX IT!
