Rizzie
After finishing my editing, I select my print options and when I opt to Print, the screen QUICKLY flashes as if it is processing (I receive NO messages, such as "cancel,") however nothing prints. I haven't changed anything on my software, laptop, etc. The default printer is correct ( HP Photosmart Premium C309 Series, HP75D692,) and all other programs work (word, xcel, etc) all print from it. It DID work months ago but I gave up trying to use it for a long time. Now I have a project I'd like to print. The last printer I had would not work with it either (even though it had for years.) BTW, I searched this site but couldn't find the exact problem so I apologize if this has been asked and answered. Thanks in Advance. Tom P.S. I also tried deleting the program and reinstalling.....nada. Edited November 4, 2020 by Rizzie

Did you really delete parts of the installed program or uninstalled it using windows add/ remove programs?
Rizzie
I had edited a photo in the "Photo" section, under "edit a photo." As for the program, I deleted via the add/remove to insure nothing was left behind. Thanks.

What operating system are you running? Quote It DID work months ago but I gave up trying to use it for a long time. What exactly does the above quote mean? The quote, by accident, simply meant I was able to use the program and had made no changes to software, computer, etc. It just stopped printing from the photo editing portion of the software. The ONLY thing I can think MAY have impacted it is if an update to Windows did something. However that doesn't make a lot of sense since I can print from all other software programs. In answer to your question, I am on Windows 8. Thank you. P.S. Sorry for the delay in responding I have some health issues that crop up now and then.
