Toast 19 won't start on M1 MacBook Pro running Big Sur

I have migrated to M1 Mac and I have started Toast 19.2. It fail to run with the following error

You do not appear to be a registered user. Please re-install the application or call customer support with error code 1011.

Help please what should I do to run Toast

some options. Toast 19.3 is out. Big Sur has been updated today. Make Rosetta active in info of the app.
