Unsatisfactory Tech Support

Hello.  Does anyone out there know how I can lodge a complaint to Corel re their appalling technical support? The compliments/complaints escalation link on the Corel website conveniently doesn't work. I tried raising a separate ticket to complain about the handling of my request for tech support but Corel simply treated that as a duplicate of the original and the issue wasn't escalated. Instead for the last 2 months I've been stuck going around in circles with Corel's tech support, being repeatedly asked the same questions or advised to repeat the same steps with no resolution in sight.

On the Corel and Roxio websites I cannot find any way to request support other than to raise a ticket and that is not achieving results.
