SOLVED - Windows 10, No Video/Audio with VHS to DVD

I have found the issue with Windows 10 and No Video. You have to go to Camera Privacy and Mic Privacy settings and allow programs to access them. After that, everything works fine but you have to make this change on the camera AND the mic before it will work.
