I have been a Network Engineer for 20 years. Roxio support suggested a clean boot to troubleshoot why a brand new piece of software on Windows 10 Pro doesn't burn mp4's to disc. Their agents have left the chat sessions several times today. They avoid directly answering my questions. Some say an agent will get right back to me. When? 2 minutes, 2 hours, 2 days? It took 2 days for them to email me their clean boot suggestion. email? That's archaic. Phone or chat would be a lot faster, provided they knew what to do to make this software work without a clean boot. Do yourself a favor and buy something else.
I have given support enough chances to make this software work so you don't have to go down the same road. Uninstall and get a refund.
