I have a single-user Toast license on my old Mac. I am prevented from registering Toast on my new Mac since it is already installed on the old Mac. I have already deleted the program and files from the old Mac. How do I deactivate the old registration so I can register Toast on the new machine?

One would think so. Having copied the contents of my old Mac to the new, I tried to launch Toast 18 on the new Mac, but it told me it was registered to a different machine. So I booted the old Mac and deleted all Toast components. I then did the same thing on the new Mac, then downloaded my paid-for copy from roxio, and did a clean install on the new Mac. Now when I launch Toast 18 on the new Mac, I get an alert saying I'm not a registered user, forcing quit, so I can't even insert the product KEY.
