Question

I have a European VHS player with SCART connections, no RCA. How to I connect it to my Mac Mini? Mac running El Capitan, and has USB ports. I used to use EyeTV Hybrid which is a device that has RCA ports on one end and a USB plug at the other, which worked with a SCART to RCA cable, but now with new sw how do I physically connect the Mac to the VHS machine?

Thanks for the suggestion. I actually had done that already. My question was more about the differences between NTSC and PAL. I believe the vhs tapes are mostly PAL but some might be from Japan, in which case they would be NTSC. Will I have problems converting them to digital and burning the results to a (viewable) DVD?
