Creator NXT 9 will not run on Windows 11

hi i upgraded from roxio creator nxt 7 to 9 and i have been trying to convert  video files and when i  add files and to convert them it stops and  file converter not responding 

i was talking to some man online via corel website and facebook messenger and support ticket s where givin to me i waas hoping to has this done by now as family are arriving next week and would be nice to show them on the tv

I'm sorry, but the Gurus here don't have access to NXT9, so can't help you with it.  You should keep trying with Corel/Roxio Support.

i too upgraded to windows 11 and then upgraded to roxio  creator  nxt 9 and when i goto    convert videos all is fine untill everything is frozen ... saying  converter not responding

and browse for folder not responding

Please stop posting messages about your difficulty with NXT 9 in the NXT 8 forum, as they are quite 'off-topic' there.
