Secure Burn issue

I am running Secure Burn (now WinZip Secure Burn) Enterprise, verison 5.0.42.0.

I have a bank of laptops (all licensed) with an external (USB) disk drive I move from one to the next when burning CDs.

All of a sudden one of them stopped recognizing CD's as burnable.

I'll have the external CD drive with a blank CD-R in it. And the WinZip on that computer sees it as writeable just fine.

I move it to the problem machine (same CD drive, same blank CD-R) and it says that the cd "is not writable"

Thoughts on what to look at to troubleshoot? I compared all of the settings of the Burning program itself and it all matched up.

For support for Winzip Secure Burn Enterprise Version you should go to https://www.winzip.com/en/support/

None of the Gurus here have that software, so we can't really advise you on it.
