Unable to burn a DVD

Do I have to have a DVD writer/burner to transfer from VHS to DVD? I purchased the Easy VHS to DVD3 plus product thinking that I didn't need a burner. Am able to transfer the VHS to the pc but the program is not allowing me to burn a disk.....it won't highlight.

To create a DVD you need a DVD burner.That's the only way.

Either buy a burner or if you bought from Roxio/Corel get a hold of customer service and try and get a refund. tel:18775826735
