Arvid Pirness Posted February 16, 2022 Report Share Posted February 16, 2022 I'm supposed to get an email from you guys Fir new Product Key it's can't put in has been put in too many times I called and messaged you many times I tried messaging the normal may but no one answered me I had to wait a long time so I gave up with that I had to reset my PC Windows 10 laptop computer because something went wrong with my computer and it won't let me go past when to to put the product Key in it says it's been put in too many times can you help me please and thank you? This is a users forum not Roxio support so you will not get an e-mail from us. We have no control over product keys. Follow the link provided by a user in the other thread where you posted Also try to make any future post understandable by using some puctuation and grammar.
