Install Hang

After staring the installation process and entering the registration information it goes thru the first step, the bar runs across the bottom of the screen, then nothing! Running Windows 10, it's up to date, Core I5 cpu, 3.7mhz,, 32MB memory, tons of disk space. What do I do now?GetAttachmentThumbnail.thumb.jpg.2ec7f4648662d0bf401e37fceb61568d.jpg

Same thing for me.

1) uninstalled with Revo Uninstaller

2) Ran RegHunter to clean Registry

3) Deleted ROXIO* files in c:/USERS

4) REGEDIT for anything ROXIO* 

I've opened a ticket and have heard nothing.  I think I need a refund.  This software is notorious in previous release for same type of issues.  Dont give me that all PC are a bit different.  Any GOOD software developer can cleanup their own mess when installing and deinstalling software.  It just plain lazy programming.

I wish I would've read this info before spending the $70 to purchase NXT9 - No issues taking my $$$. No issues downloading. Same as in the previous pics - it appeared to install. It's on the desktop listed in the programs, but will not open. Went into chat - gave me a link to deleting/installing that seems rather complicated; called on the phone and all they did was "open a ticket" saying someone from the resolution team would email. Talk about a brush off. What the hell good is the Mumbai office?

A Download Product key usually lets you download a copy of the software for a specified time after you buy it.
Does a DVD product key allow you to download another copy of Creator NXT 9 from Roxio?

I didn't see a way to use my DVD product key to download another copy of Creator NXT 9.  Same issues as you.   After using the install process multiple times, the program finally loaded.  Then there was a

month of trying to get the program to work

(uninstalls, clean installs etc etc.)  What finally worked for me was repairing the program.  Here's my steps -

To begin, right click on the windows icon.  Click on "Apps and Features".  Select Roxio Creator Nxt 9.  Click on Uninstall. When the "This app and its related info will be uninstalled" comes up, click on "Uninstall" (again).  The "Welcome to the setup wizard for Roxo Creator NXT 9" pops up.  Click on "next".  In the "Choose setup type" box, click on "repair".  At the bottom of the "Repair Roxio Creator NXT 9" box, click on "repair".  One note:  I uninstalled CCleaner prior to doing this (don't know if it made a difference).
