Error - 47 Message when attempting to burn a .mp4 file to DVD

Hi All,

 

I am using the latest version of Toast 20 titanium on Mac OS Monterey Version 12.4 and every time I attempt to burn a .mp4 movie file to DVD I keep getting the error 

Could not record the disc because one or more files are open. Result Code = - 47

Does anyone know why this is happening and how to fix please.
