Click at the end of a track layer in Sound Editor

Hello. I have a sound editor file with 3 tracks. When track two ends, I can hear a slight click at the end of the track in the program, but when I export it to wav it actual skips at that part. The track has faded to nothing by this point so not sure why I can hear this track end? How might I fix this?

So I finally updated to version 9 and the export was clean. Not sure what the issue was but I simply loaded the old file in the new version and goodbye weird noises.
