Rendering in HD 1080p ??

So no one wants this one huh??  Some say it can't be done but i've done it for a 12 min movie just yesterday. Another movie doesn't give the option??

A standard video can't be rendered up to high definition-- where would all the extra pixels come from?

  A high definition can be rendered toa high definition mpg2.. 

Perhaps the is a misunderstanding about mpg2 format

I think your right. There is a misunderstanding here about mpg2 format?  How must i determine high def verses standard????  I made (2) different video wave movies & one of them is output mpeg-2 hd 1080p. The other one only outputs in only mpeg-2 best quality?? I'm misunderstanding how i got the first one in High Def?? Could you please help me to understand this? How did i do it??

Very puzzling indeed?? How do i get the option & can render a 12 minute movie to mpeg-2 high def 1080p,
but cannot do it for a 15 minute movie & both were created using roxio creator 7 ?? How does one make a
movie from standard def to high def??

Not puzzling anymore! Finally figured it out! 16.9 widescreen gives the option for mpg 1080p.
Roxio video tutorials are really vague with minor help. Thanks for your help! This topic may be closed!
