I have had the HS to DVD for many years. Also had this problem before But was able to uninstall and reinstall to make it work. It's not doing it now. When I open it tells me to download it again. Then it says to open. When I go to open again I see the roxio sign for about 5 seconds then it goes away. Nothing happens after that. Does anybody have any answers?
