Can’t use vhs to dvd usb

I got vhs to dvd at wallmart, and they wore supposed to scan barcode send it so I could use it, well they for whatever reason did but didn’t go threw… it was about me going back to wallmart and waste more, and more time, which I got mad, and let the usb be useless.. is there anything I can do to make it work.. I guess is as if I didn’t pay for it.. how worse can it get… second time they done this to me..

Trying to use usb that I got at wallmart,,, but everywhere I enter in this Corel roxio , I gata enter email and password… and I’m sick of it too much time just to make this 39 dollar software work…

It needs to be activated at the point of sale, by Wallmart.
