Video Editing

Hey i cant for the life of me figure out how to do this. I just switched over to emc9 and am unfamiliar with the program.

 

My goal is to censor/edit some video shots for a presentation. i see how to blur a the whole screen from one timestamp to another but not just a circle or a small portion of the screen. Any ideas......

ya i the object is moving. i tried to do overlays frame by frame but with a long project it is not worth the time.

If it is a stationary object, you might be able to do that with an overlay. If you are trying to blur out a moving object like someone walking, you can't. At least, I've never found a way.
