NEW: COLOR CD-R MEDIAJust in time for holiday projects! Buy Verbatim 25-packs of LightScribe color media at all Best BuyTM and OfficeMaxTM stores. Each pack includes five red, green, blue, yellow, and orange discs.

Anyone see or try them? They were available in Japan for awhile.

Yeah, as much as I hate labels made using Lightscribe discs and software, I would be interest also in seeing what the colored ones look like. I don't think the advertisement by Best Buy for Lightscribe discs said anything about them being colored, but I'll have to check it out today.

I have some of these, they look very nice but are still just as easily covered in fingerprints as the original color.

Sounds just like all those old vinyl records that were made in anything other than black - does it make a real difference (now if they had them in bright fluorescent colours I woudn't be crawling so much when I drop one down the back of the desk) :)

It will change the look of the LightScribe label, if the color is on both sides.

Thanks, CD. That would be the side the label is burned on; therefore, the change in what a LightScribe lablel will look like.

Hey cd, thanks for that link. I'm surprised that a couple of the colors don't look too bad at all. I think the Orange is my favorite but the red is also not bad. So if they sell those puppies in just Orange, I might just but a few. Just a change from that pukey dull gold color is a step in the right direction.

I didn't know you like fried chicken Patrick. LOL
