My DVD Builder will not work. It worked fine two months ago. It will load a program and then tells me I cannot access my project. When I go to burn, it says DVD has encountered a problem and will shut down. I have cleaned up everything on my hard drive, downloaded new firmware, etc. What is the problem? Has Roxio done something so I will be forced to buy EMC9?

Roxio didn't do anything - but I have to ask if you installed Internet Explorer 7 from Microsoft. That has been causing a lot of problems and if you have, you will have to uninstall and roll back to IE 6
