Roxio support?

Is it just me that has bad exprience with contacting 'support'? Today neither of my emails are recognised by the system. The web ticket system is simply unfriendly and very slow if can make it work. The 'Chat live' is invariably dead ie closed - have tried all times of the day and night to take in to account time zones. In the UK (pop. 60 MM) we have to call Ireland (pop. 3.5 MM) for support at expenisve international rates to be left holding in a queue possibly indefinitley or call a North American number. I can call Apple almost anytime of the day on a toll free call and speak to support in Calfornia if I am out of UK hours - Apple, a bigger company, but they also have a much bigger product range.


So Mr Roxio Support any chance of improvements?
