Tried all the tips on installing and nothing works. Contacted support and they wanted me to create a Web ticket, All ready did that but it doesn't show up. He had me do another one and it doesn't show up and now my access to that support site doesn't work. Looks like this company likes you to buy their software and leaves you hanging there as long as they get their cash in hand. ROXIO ! Customer service here PLEASE! Very unhappy with this junk you sell. "Cannot Initialize API" is the error report and I did copy and paste all lines to my Run command. The program has me restart the PC 3 times after installing.
