I have a Roxio Video Capture USB (HU3180-E). I installed Roxio East VHS to DVD Plus (Build 401B99A ENU) from the official link that Roxio sent me.
When I installed, it, the software prompted me to plug in the cable to my USB and then to my VHS player. Then it continued the installation. Now that it is installed, I started a new project and went to the Video Input area. The black screen says "No Video Input". When I play the VHS tape, nothing changes and the "Record" button does not allow me to press it.
