Network Error when installing the Roxio

It appears that as part of the Installation process, Roxio attempts to download files from the Internet and the error message does not indicate whether this is .exe files in the download or a giant zipped file (which would be preferred). Is there another way to get around this problem? I need this software installed here at work!

This software is distributed for Roxio by Cleverbridge, I believe.   (Check the addresses on your purchase documentation to confirm that.)

They don't allow a direct download of the software, but send you a small executable which matches up to your license number and requires you to register the program before it downloads and installs the software.   You must use their downloader executable, since you are only allowed a certain number of attempts at downloading or installing Easy CD & DVD Burning 2, and their download manager 'phones home' each time.

I suggest you go back to the distributors with your download problem.  Do it promptly, and if their response isn't satisfactory then invoke Roxio's 30-day money back guarantee LINK  before it expires and leaves you out of pocket.
