Product Install does not work and the support email doesnt work either



Hi all. The code for my copy of Roxio 7 has never worked even though I bought the boxed product direct from the company. I read somewhere the licecne servers may have an issue and wondered how others solved this.

I did contact the support team (support@mysupport.corel.com) The support team are trying to help, but the email address they ask me to contact bounces back as a message that it doesnt work. Chat doesnt work either as they say wait for the email.

So I just wanted to check if I could solve this without them or if anyone knew the correct email address to use.
