Toast 20 Pro failing to create Blu-Ray discs

Well Toast is making coasters. Takes an hour or so to burn but when I put the disk into the player it says the disk cannot be read. With all the issues I had had with Support I am loathe to create a trouble ticket.  It is like the don’t understand. All I get are links to kb articles that might or might not bear any relationship to the problem. I sometimes think that ChatGPT could create a better answer.

One suggestion was to create another ADMINISTRATOR account. Does anyone know why Toast “needs” to run in the ADMINISTRATOR account? I know if I try to execute Toast in any account other than the one I installed it, I get the dreaded “1011” error. According to the kb article there is supposed to the a small application that fixes this problem- ToastxxESD.img. But that program doesn’t exist.

Anyway, if anyone has suggestions on how I can get a good “burn” I would sincerely appreciate it.

Thanks
