Atendimento ROXIO:

Adquiri em 2019 o ROXIO CREATOR NXT6  e no final de 2022 o HD do Notebook onde estava instalado teve que ser substituido e foi perdido este programa.

Ao tentar instalar não foi possível visto a mensagem: 

Solicito da possibilidade da autorização para reinstalar este programa.

The people on this board are not employees of Roxio.   We do not have the power to RESET your KEY.  

You need to contact Roxio's TECH SUPPORT:   which is now at  https://www.corel.com/en/support/   and ask them to RESET YOUR KEY.
