Error 80004005

When attempting to burn a project (or output to ISO image) in MyDVD 8 you may receive the following error message:

 

Error 80004005 - Error While Encoding Menu

 

I followed the instructions and now the button doesn't work at all. When I click the button....nothing happens.

 

What happened to the EXE file that I downloaded and installed?

 

Do you think I should remove the software and reload it?

 

Any help would be appreciated.

Yes, first do a "Change" from Windows>Control Panel> Add remove programs> Select Roxio then select change. Have you disc handy or point the program to the location on your computer where your downloaded file is.

 

Please post your computer specs just in case.
