Missing Driver

During BackUp My Computer I get error message the device driver drvwddm.dll could not be found. Search found it in BackUpMyPC\System directory. Complete reinstall resulted in the same thing. Any suggestions on how to fix or how to contact Roxio for assistance?

Thank you very much for the suggestion to copy the file from the system directory to the Backup MYPC directory. This appears to have solved the problem.
