EMC 9.0 and Neato 4.0 malfunctioning

After upgrading my Roxio EMC 7.0 to 9.0, I also found that my Neato 4.0 version for disc labeling stop functioning. Has anyone experienced the same problem? Since I have a whole bunch of Neato labels I am hoping I can get this resolved. Appreciate any input.

Same here Bruce. I have both versions of Neato and they both work fine with 7.5, 8 and 9. Although I prefer to use the Neato Media Face II for printing all my labels, as it has the "Core & Spline" Neato labels in it's list of which type label to use. And to me it's easier to use.

Go to Label Creator, File, Page Setup

 

Select 'Commercial Paper' and you will get a scroll down menu - Neato labels are in there

My Neato Media Face II and Neato version 4 work just fine. I have EMC 7.5 and EMC 9.0 installed.
