how can i get an humen answer from roxio to my questions

I buy the mydvd 8 ess and i have problems ,isend them mails and tickets and got automatic answer that didnt help me' icant find an normal e-mail adress to solve my problems can i get some help ? tnx for answer - zeban

Post the problem, the steps that you had taken,and your system spec. Hopefully, someone in the forum may be able to help you here in the forum.

WebTicket i buy your mydvd 8 essentials, i cant change the background of the main menu to one of my pictures picture from the hard disk .in the features of this proudact you write "complete control over dvd menus & submenu customization,including background,text,buttones and layouts" this proudact dosnt have this feature its unuseable for me and i want to return it and get my mony back . i buy it by downloading, my order no' 3571566113 from 10-31-2006 why didnt i get any answer?

Since this is a user forum, and not a direct contact to Roxio, if you want to pursue a refund I suggest you do so a.s.a.p. as they only have a 30 day refund policy I believe. You can contact them using the info on this page.

to larry tnx 4 answer , I think that all the refund story is a bluf because I send 3 mails in the last month and didn't get any answer I tried the refund system and i was told that en e-mail was sent but nothing heppend may be they are waiting to cross the 30 days

Maybe you should try the toll free number then for Customer Service on that page.
