Not able to activate my Cineplayer DVD decoder 2.3.1, "this number is referring to another product"

I hope somebody can help me, moderator ?

 

When trying to activate the DVD-decoder whith the number I got XXXXX-XXXXXXXX-XXXXX I got the message that "this number is referring to another product". Tried several times and finally sent a message to sonicstores. Got a new serial number (YYYYY-YYYYYYYY-YYYYY) , typed it down and got the same effect " this number....."????

Thanks for your reaction to my problem. I own the product since october and cannot get it to work ?

 

I tried what you mentioned. But i cannot get into the paage because of the following error "SERVER ERROR (500) or Link error

There was an error processing the page. The system administrators have been notified and will resolve the issue shortly.

 

Is there hope ? can you please look at it one more time. Can I send my credentials to someone directly that helps me out ?
