Tried installing EM9 on PC with 2.4 gig processor and 768 meg memory runing WINXP Pro SP2
Install removed INCD and NERO burning ROM.
After Install finished and reboot, my system will not respond, plus the system tray is white with no ICONs.
Returning the system to previous state and contacting support did not result in problee resolution.
Being sure I had Directx 9, firewall off, NAV off and no programs running I tried installation a second time with the same end result. Support suggested I try the Windows Installer cleanup program from Microsoft and edit the registry. Neither of these tasks exhibited any ROXIO or SONIC information stored.
After restoring my system for the second time, I added EM9 to another PC without incident. Unfortunately this machine does not have a DVD burner.
The error "Runtime Error C++ as the result of RoxWatchTray9.exe" occured at first install but not the second time.
I cannot use the program on the machine with the capture software and the DVD creating hardware.
If any one has the same problem and comes up with a fix, let me know, gillsolo@comcast.net
