BA17
I too am suddenly having the same problem. No change in settings have been made. I have tried it with 7.0, 7.1, and 7.1.2. The file plays fine in VLC, but for some reason there is no sound in either the burned DVD or even the video preview. Any advice??
freshburn
If it has AC3 audio you need to download a QT AC3 component for the audio to get decoded correctly.

Ever since I updated with 7.1.2 I have not had any success in creating Motionpic DVDs with sound. I'm running program on an Intel Mac. I'm to the point of deleting Toast 7.1.2 and reloading the basic program. No sound is the biggest problem.
