How are you "stringing" the videos together and in what program. You haven't said much about what program in 7.5 you are working in. If in Videowave, try placing a slide between each of the different videos with something that explains what the different videos are. And 11.14 fps is pretty slow motion and could be "jumpy" to begin with.

The standard is mpeg2 (720x480) 29.97 fps.

 

My suggestion would be to take the video that is not standard and put them each on a separate production storyline in VideoWave and do a File\ Output production as.... Video File for DVD authoring\ best to get them in the same format.

 

Then put those files in another production and edit and burn the production.

 

Of course, I've never tried this, so maybe someone else has a better idea.
