Trouble Downloading Track Titles

I'm trying to make a complilation disc using Easy Media Creator 8 - Music Disc Creator. When I place the source disc in the CD/DVD drive, the source disc track titles are not automatically downloaded from Gracenote. What do I have to do to download the track titles automatically?

If inserting an audio CD launches iTunes then iTunes automatically accesses the Gracenote CDDB. I don't know if Toast does that automatically but it can be done manually in Toast by choosing Get CD Track Names in the Toast Disc Menu.
