knrdodson
Is it possible to create a DVD for regular play, but then also add browsable picture files to be saved or printed by other people on the same DVD?
grandpabruce
Great! Thanks! What if I want to add additional photos not used on the DVD image? I think that if you burn to a Folder Set, you can add additional photos. I am not sure though, because I have never tried it. Maybe someone else will drop in and let us know if it can be done, and if so, how to do it.

When you are making your menu, add that slide show and then drag the button into the TV 'unsafe" zone. When you play the DVD, you will not see that slide show button but will be able to explore the disc on your computer to see the files. This works well if you have some document images that you would like to have on the disc. BTW, the archive images only works with VideoWave or MyDVD projects. If you convert a project to an mpg2 file or other, the images will not be saved.

This one involves the Disc Copier. http://forums.support.roxio.com/index.php?...ost&p=59698

malatekid
Thanks, Jess. I thought that someone had written a post on how to do it. You're welcome. I thought it is a good method to add data beside the other suggestions already made in this thread.
grandpabruce
Is it possible to create a DVD for regular play, but then also add browsable picture files to be saved or printed by other people on the same DVD? Yes, when you open MyDVD, click on File, then on Project Settings, and check the box to the left of Archive Photos. This will reduce the amount of space available for the production, though.
